How to Pre-order

If the pair you want is not currently in ready stock, KicksVault can source it for you through our pre-order service.

How the pre-order process works

1. Send your request

Message us on WhatsApp with the sneaker or designer item you want, your size, and any colour preference. If you have a photo or screenshot, send that as well so we can confirm the exact pair.

2. We confirm availability and price

We will check availability, confirm the final price, and let you know whether a $100 or $200 deposit is required for that item.

3. Pay your deposit

A $100 or $200 deposit is required to secure your pre-order. The remaining balance is paid when your item arrives and is ready for collection or delivery.

4. Wait time

Most pre-orders take approximately 2 weeks to arrive after the order is confirmed. We will keep you updated through WhatsApp during the process.

5. Collection or delivery

Once your item arrives, we will contact you to arrange the remaining payment and confirm collection or delivery in Barbados.
